I didn‘t love it. I found it hard to relate to the characters and thought it was a little dull. 😏 #romantsy

I'm obsessed with the title and cover so I had high hopes, but the plot itself felt convoluted and contrived, even for my taste, and the female MC drove me absolutely nuts. Not exactly what I think of when it comes to the #romance category, but a lot of people really love it so I'm in the minority!

I'm picking up a safe book from my mom about a country Christmas. It'll be my glass of water after all this whiskey.
