Got it done! 1 book and 1 workout in today! #bookfitnesschallenge Very meh for me. The author seemed a touch preachy. I‘ll probably try out one of the aminos but a lot of This stuff I‘ve already done or tired for myself.

My therapist recommended this and while it is interesting info it does not translate well to audio as she reads lists and dosing verbatim. I‘m going to bail until I can get a physical copy.

BethM @Chrissyreadit I‘m definitely intrigued and have printed off some of the stuff to go along with the audio. But reading from lists kills me. I just need to get my hands on a physical copy. I know my therapist has one to borrow me but we forgot by the end of my appointment. 6y
