If it wasn't for all the violent crime described, this could almost tempt me to book for Bogota.

Currently listening to Melba Escobar from Colombia talking about her unexpected crime novel (tagged here) for the Singapore Writers Festival #SWF2018. Has anyone here read this novel yet? I am intrigued by the premise but the Goodreads ranking is fairly low. @ephemeralwaltz Clara, any thoughts? Is this in your radar?
