This may not have been my favorite installment but I am enjoying the heck out of this series and very much looking forward to the next one.

I just want to stay here all day in my comfy chair with my comfy sweater and get lost in this book ... oh well, a few minutes will have to do
Sixth in the very good tony McLean series and whilst i like supernatural fiction and i love crime fiction usually i don't like the combine but James oswald does this perfectly. Here a pair of very sinister twins arrive in Edinburgh leaving bodies in their wake whilst a suspected brothel raid doesn't turn out as it should causing pressure in the department. The ending suggests a interesting turn his personal life + also wanting me to read bk 7 soon
I always enjoy Oswald's Inspector Tony McLean series but I did not like reading about the Sex Unit Crimes. Too explicit for me! The evil twins, the supernatural part of the story, will be back in the future. I was glad to see that Tony finally heard from Emma and looking forward to their relationship. Oswald is one talented writer. If you haven't read about Inspector Tony McLean - What the hell are you waiting for?
