The third book did not disappoint. Incredible character development and depth in his storytelling and writing!

News to me, apparently this series was originally by a small christian press and is being rerelease with new covers. I love these new covers. they feel a bit like LotR and Narnia.

OH MY GOODNESS. So Yesterday I got to work the Merchandise table for Andrew Peterson (author/ singer/ songwriter) at my church, and came upon this collection of daily prayers. This one above is the Beginning of the Book, and the following page is 3 pages of the Lament of a Finished Book. 💙📚Some of my other favorites when glancing through the index: Before Consuming Media, For Gardening, and For the Changing Of Diapers 1 and 2, 😂

What a great read. Peterson has done a fantastic job of building the story through out each book in this series and honestly this may be the best of the series. The characters continue to develop but without drastic or completely out of character changes. The plot is consistent with enough twists to keep you guessing and anticipating the next. Highly recommend this as well as the first two.

Good work, good rest, and KINDNESS. Pretty much our family motto, right there.

If you haven't read this series, I implore you to start. Book 1 was good, Book 2 was better, Book 3 is incredible...and I've heard only great things about Book 4.

This third installment of the Wingfeather Saga kind of put me through the wringer, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm kind of dreading Book 4, not because I'm scared of the feels (I'm totally scared of the feels), but because I don't want this wonderful series to end.
