This novella is a reread for me, since it just came out in Audio.
I grew up in a fundamentalist pre-Tribulation Baptist Church. We were forced to watch the Rapture movie series A Thief in the Night over and over. As a kid I remember coming home and no one was there and believing I had been left behind. Since then I have been fascinated by Christian Eschatology and loved Brian Keene‘s take on it. Chet Williams delivers a solid performance.
swynn I remember that series and I remember the scares, though my background is fundamentalist Methodist. It's therapeutic to watch the movies as an adult, since they've become painful in an entirely different way. 7y
Guildedearlobe @swynn Well, I have to admit that I did drunk watch the series with some of my college friends and it was cathartic. 7y
