He‘s a U.K. based practicing GP and he‘s not selling a product, he‘s not selling anything other than free, easy tips to try for a healthier way of life. I‘m not often a re-reader but I‘ll be re-reading this and I‘ve already subscribed to his podcast. HIGHLY recommend.
