Making Friends | 
Contrary to what my coffee mug says, mornings are not only pretty but peaceful warm and GOD given. My books and brew this morning had me loving this it‘s so spot on! Middle school can be tough and she tackles more than a few issue in the book. Shoutout to my daughter from another mother who let me borrow her copy. I would tag her but stranger danger there‘s a lot of weirdo‘s in this world.
Today is my 3-year Litsy anniversary! I'm so glad I found this community. I have met so many wonderful people!
this is book 2. I liked the first graphic novel well enough, that I may try out the sequel.

pickI bought this for my son for Christmas because he loves graphic novels. He read it the other day and said he didn‘t understand the end, so I told him I‘d read it. The plot did take a bit of a weird turn there toward the end, but I didn‘t mind. However, it does seem like there was a lot of unexplored potential plot info that could‘ve made it a more satisfying read overall.

Oldest has always been a reader, but discovered graphic novels (the girly kind, not the hardcore comic kind) this summer and has been tearing through them faster than I can get them for her. This is a newly released one. Love seeing her read on the beach.
