This #cookbook would be perfect for an ambitious person who wants to make showy vegan dishes from scratch, including plant versions of beef Wellington, various sausages & burgers, cheesecake etc. Signature ingredients: nutritional yeast, seitan, liquid smoke, buckwheat flour. Recipes (UK & NAm measures) are complicated. I had good results from simpler ones: Hot Pink Beetroot Ketchup; Foccacia. Beautiful photography. Look for his YouTube channel.
