My husband is of Irish descent and has quite an interest in fairies. Not the sweet ones that normally come to mind, but the more, shall we say interesting ones. 🧐 This is a favorite from his collection.

I wrote a faery tale for my graduate thesis (I have an MA in Children's Lit) and I basically lived in this book while researching. I ended up inventing some of my own mythical creatures but this volume proves how seriously some people took their fae. It's an invaluable resource if you are into myth and magic.
