Rain‘s life is spinning out of control and now her nightmares are coming to life. This one is a bit of a slow burn, but totally worth it. I was surprised by some of the twists and the ending. This a bit different from Maberry‘s YA books but good in its own right. I especially love Monk, a cross between a private detective and paranormal vigilante.
1. Hmm. Maybe Deadpool 2 or Avengers Infinity Wars.
2. Go somewhere like a museum of art, or a garden, that we haven't been to before. Movies are good too.

bailedI love this author's young adult works. This was my first read of his adult fiction, and I think it is different than his usual series. It seems very Stephen Kingesque. I like Stephen King. But I didn't really like this. Got half way through and decided to move on.
Ever pick a book with a synopsis that really intrigued you, just to start reading and think "Wow, this just got really strange" or "That's not what it said it was about". I mean I like weird, I do, I just wasn't expecting this level of weird from this book. This picture is just a snippet of the weird.
I love Jonathan Maberry, but this is my first of his adult novels.
Came to get the tagged book after picking our nephew up from school, so he gets a new book, too! #raisingreaders
pickGlimpse by Jonathan Maberry is a refreshingly original thriller that kept me totally captivated (but also incredibly nervous!) throughout. I just couldn't wait to see how this story played out!
I highly recommend this book to #thriller fans who love character driven stories with very dark and interesting elements of the paranormal.
