pickOoh, this was FUN! I saw a trailer for a documentary on Netflix about Jackie Collins being a badass boss bitch who dared to write gritty books about women, sex, and crime while a bunch of people clutched their pearls at the audacity, and I just KNEW she was a woman after my own heart. This was my first, but it most definitely will not be my last. I inhaled this tale of three women avenging their friend's murder using a powerful weapon - sex.
Mollyanna I devoured the Lucky Santangelo series when they came out. So good. May have to do a reread. Jackie was a gem. 3y

TravelsWithBooks I watched her documentary Lady Boss, loved it, but have no desire to read her books though. You‘ll probably enjoy the doc as a fan, more than I did! 3y
swishandflick @TravelsWithBooks Thats good to hear! I almost watched it last week and then ended up deciding to give one of her books a go first so I had a frame of reference. Love that it was good even for bookworms not interested in those particular books! 3y
