I cannot say that i am sorry to leave the world of Patrick Melrose and his dysfunctional family as we come full circle to the funeral of his mother and he reflects upon her failure to protect him from the dreadful abuse of his father David which was first exposed in bk1 but in this expanded upon
Definitely brilliant writing and a compelling tale but thank goodness i can leave that world behind.
