My daughter begged for more books by David Walliams.
We have Gangster Granny and Billionaire Boy. She totally loved them!
We have tried to entice her from the plethora of books on our shelves but it's been a challenge. She has very particular tastes & has no patience or tolerance for anything that is not a 10/10 in her eyes.
So I went out and bought her 2 new books by David Walliams, Bad Dad & The Beast of Buckingham Palace.
Tonight's book...
pickIt was good it was about a guy who does racing for his living but then gets into an accident and then him and his son start working for this bad guy who is married to his old wife they get together again
Y favorite thing about the book is when thy are getting chased by police cars
Another acquisition that my husband brought from London. He wasn‘t sure what to do while he was there - I said museums, theater, castles! - and he choose bookstores. This one he said is quite popular, they said, although neither of us had heard of it before but other than HP we are just starting to step beyond chapter books with our eldest.
