Loved listening to this heartwarming memoir by beloved Queen of Suspense Mary Higgins Clark—and that thick Bronx accent! Published in 2001, it‘s filled with laugh-out-loud stories about her writing life, her adventures as a Pan Am flight attendant & raising her 5 kids. She someone found the time to get up each morning before dawn, clear the kitchen table, pull out her typewriter & crank out those gripping novels.

I haven‘t read anything by Mary Higgins Clark for years and years, but a friend stumbled on this audiobook and I fell in love with it too. A deliciously funny memoir.
