We made Maida's Cowtown Chocolate Cake for our #litsypartyofone (plus #Bitsy) 😀I shared it with the other humans but apparently I messed up at the store and accidentally bought the light ice cream ☹️

LauraBeth @Jinjer that frosting ? on the last step where she's like, "pour the hot ingredients into a bowl, put it over ice and keep stirring, and then transfer to mixing bowl..." I poured the hot ingredients directly into the mixing bowl and slapped it in the fridge to cool off while I did the gazillion dishes in the sink - worked like a charm and it saved me having to wash chocolate from another bowl. ? 8y
