The art in this book is absolutely stunning. No colors, just stark black and white on every page.
I found myself a little lost in the art sometimes, mor than the story, which is pretty simple: an eldritch abomination comes to London(?) to wreak havoc as a little girl, while a man tries to save... Someone. Anyone. It's not a cheery story.

If you like Lovecraft and eerie art, I'd pick this one up.

UrsulaMonarch Wow! @well.read.panda seems like something you might like too! 7y

Hellboy creator Mignola delivers this weird mix of Lovecraftian sea monsters, Jack the Ripper, and steampunk with entertainingly bizarre results.

If you dig his stuff, you should enjoy this as well.
