Interesting and bittersweet conclusion to this series, I was glad to reach the finale and see how it turned out, relieved maybe….but sad by a few of the choices the author‘s made. Some just felt unnecessary 🤔

After traveling with these characters for 10 volumes, the end was always going to be hard. The series had so much to say about gender, race, class, and society as a whole. This ending was a little bit tragic, a little bit comic, just like the entire series itself. Alas...
Alas, poor Yorick. Goodbye, poor Yorick. Done with Y.
I didn‘t like the start of the series... well the series as a whole because of it‘s various problems... even the death of my favourite character. But the last issue in this volume wraps up the entire series perfectly. Just so great. You‘ll most likely cry. #book #bookreview #comic #comics #sad
5 Best Comic Books I read in 2016:
5. Ms Marvel, Vol. 5: Super Famous
4. Superman: Red Son
3. Saga, Volume 3
2. Buffy the Vampire Slayer: No Future for You (Season 8, #2)
1. Y: The Last Man, Vol. 10: Whys and Wherefores
Finished this one just in time for #FunFriday! I cannot put into words how much I loved this series. Concept is innovative, characters are strong and interesting, and the ending packed a huge emotional wallop that I absolutely loved. A real work of magic. Can't wait to start my next Brian K. Vaughn!
So friggin' emotional right now.
Another volume of Y finished! Three volumes left, and I can't wait to see how it ends. (Also, I can't seem to find this volume on Litsy, weird.)
