Day 29 #UncannyOctober #FaceYourFears😱Catch up from yesterday. I had/have a fear of needles. It's better than it was--I still will do just about anything to avoid getting a shot but I used to not be able to see them on tv or movies (or the bathroom cabinet-my dad was diabetic) or read details in books. When Max🐱became diabetic 5 years ago, I had to suck it up & face my 💉fears to give him insulin twice a day. I practiced on a stuffed animal!😽❤️

MicheleinPhilly I should read this. I break out in a cold sweat when I see them. 7y
DebinHawaii @MicheleinPhilly Hah! I still do if they are for me. I have to ask the doctor or nurse to hold them where I can't see them. 😱😧 7y
MicheleinPhilly SAME. And I cover my eyes. 7y

HKGirl I hate needles too! The last time I had to get my blood drawn (which required fasting beforehand as well), I passed out. 😬😳🙊 7y
Tamra I needed this as a kid, and still do! 7y
