Mehso-so

So conflicted about this book. I read it mainly for the GAPS diet/nutrition and recipes sections, which I found helpful. However the authors are very clearly anti-vaxxers for everything. Also anti antibiotics, even for strep throat, which can cause major complications if untreated and is extremely painful, I still remember the pain and high fever decades after having it (twice 😭) as a child. Read with extreme caution and use your judgement.

School reading and smoked earl grey tea. It‘s a cloudy day and nearing the end of my nine days off so I think I‘d better try to get a little more reading done before it‘s back to the grind. #cozydayinside #earlgreyobsessed

RaimeyGallant Study time for me too. 7y

So much of my brain capacity and reading time gets used up for school textbooks. Luckily my next course won't be as technical (let's hope - yes I'm talking to you #Pathology). Time to jump in! #holisticnutrition #studytime
