First recipe to try from the tagged book, and OHMYGOSH it smells heavenly and is the easiest thing to cook! I will definitely try more recipes from this cookbook! It is Seared Chicken with Peaches ( khoresh-e- hulu) and there is a vegetarian option using tofu or tempeh also! Will serve with rice 🍚 🍑 🍗
