I picked this book up at the local used bookstore and it came up as my #Roll100 for June.

This book is from the late 90's but it's still a great read on a murder from 1987 and how the victim's daughter would lead the charge on getting those involved charged.

“Mississippi Mud“ is filled with great characters-good and bad-and Humes brings it all to life.

This was a really great true crime read and one I would recommend if you like that genre.

My first thought was that a yellow Ford isn't anonymous-looking. Then I realized it was either a pale yellow or faded yellow, which makes more sense than a bright yellow!

My staycation last week was suppose to be full of books. Instead, it was full of naps.

So I'm behind on getting my #Roll100 posted.

June I'll be reading “Mississippi Mud.“
