Just been to the fabulous Dulwich Books in Croxted Road, SE21. What a lovely place! Mind you I might be biased...

I really enjoyed Beth's story and the way she goes about solving a crime she literally trips over on her first day of a new job. Great setting and some nice chemistry between Beth and dishy Detective Inspector. A good mystery with lots of suspects and motives with a satisfying conclusion. Recommended.

I read this one on an island in Australia‘s beautiful Whitsundays. Felt like I was in an English village and a tropical island all at once! Loved it! Such a fab cozy mystery about how nasty secrets can lurk in the nicest places.

I chose this book from a recommendation and read it over a few days. The characters are well written and the story grabs your attention from the first page. The main character is very likeable, even though she manages to get herself into so much trouble! If you enjoy reading murder mystery and detective stories, you'll want to grab your own copy. I'd happily read another book by this author. #DeathInDulwich #AliceCastle

I've had a sneak preview of this and can thoroughly recommend it to fans of cosy crime fiction. It's a modern Miss Marple-style whodunnit with a great cast of characters. Beth felt absolutely real and was very easy to sympathise with. It's the first in a series featuring different London settings so I'm really looking forward to the next case
