📖I couldn't leave this 1878 copy that was a mere $1. The childish penciled scrawl answering when was Thomas Jefferson born was charming inside. It begins with Columbus and ends with President Grant and the U.S. Centennial celebration in 1876.

Cathythoughts I'm a kindle addict. But I see more & more how wonderful it must be to seek out old & new books & find surprises like this one , with the child's note. We do have books ! I'm just not a collector. Great find 👍👍👍 8y
