Is anyone else finding amazon to be really crappy lately? They used to ship things super promptly, and I'm not blaming them when the postal services take a long time, but its taking a long time for them to send things out, I end up cancelling preorders lately because I'd rather just buy it in store than wait. Worst part is though I just received a package five mins ago and there was zero care put into packing it up so every single book has a 👇👇
ContraryMary Ding in it. And one of them was a collectors edition and the cover was all bent up. They didn't use any packing materials so everything just jostled around this big box. I hate being a complainer I just feel like they've gone downhill, and as someone who has basically paid for one of their warehouses over the years it sucks. I haven't decided yet whether to email them and/or just be done with them. â˜¹ï¸ (edited) 7y

Texreader Email them!!! I return those books that are damaged even a little. I tell them it‘s a gift and there‘s no way I can give it away like that. 7y
