Den amerikanska flickan
Den amerikanska flickan | Monika Fagerholm
3 posts | 3 read | 5 to read
Hsten 1969 i Trakten. Livet rmnar. Omslagsformgivare: Maria Appelberg

These are some of my favorite books by some of my favorite Swedish authors. What are your favorite books from your country? (Or region!) Would love to read them! If they're translated to swedish or english ;)

Please tag me if you write an entry about this!

Simona @MyBookLife Drago Jančar (author) - To noč sem jo videl (title) translate in eng. I saw her that night. I can't find it in Litsy database, so here is the link http://www.dalkeyarchive.com/product/i-saw-her-that-night/ I think this one is my favorite book from Slovenian author. 8y
Simona @MyBookLife And is inspired by real horrific events and peoples. 8y
MyBookLife @Simona Thank you!! It sounds great, haven't heard of it before. Will definitely look it up!! 8y

MrBook I don't know Swedish, but I like the trove you've collected here. And my Swedish friends are all readers, so they'd probably enjoy these...if I can ever convince them to get on Litsy. 8y
MyBookLife @MrBook I know, it's surprisingly hard!! Very few of the swedish book bloggers and/or book readers to join litsy... 8y
tricours I just commented on how slow Scandinavians are to discover places like these in a blurb of my own 😄 8y
tricours Any comments on Lord Nevermore btw? What kind of book is it? 8y
MyBookLife @tricours I don't get it. Litsy is so much fun! I don't know if I can describe Lord Nevermore fairly, I read it a long time ago. But then I thought that this was a fantastic book, the best I had read so far. I really want to reread it, but I'm a little scared to.. 8y
