Megabooks @Cinfhen seriously. I slept from like 10:30 or 11 (with the lights on and a book on top of me.) Until 3. Then I cleaned for an hour or so and then I went back to bed. Henry is getting tired of my bad sleeping habits. He is my old 🐩 8y

Sydsavvy I've always struggled with insomnia but it's gotten worse this year for various reasons, so I found a great audio hypnosis and it's working wonderfully. Do you do audible? 8y
