Anita Hughes paints a beautiful picture, the setting is definitely the highlight of WHITE SAND, BLUE SEA. You could feel the breeze, smell the salty air and the scents of all the tropical food. I been to St. Barts and I felt like I was back there again. Besides the setting, I felt the book lacked substance, the characters unlikable, I was hoping for romance and excitement instead I bored and sometimes frustrated. This book is a pass.

wanderinglynn Thanks for playing! 😀 Sorry to hear you have to move. I know what a pain that is - I just moved at the beginning of the month. Hope you have an uneventful & easy move. 7y
MirrorMask @wanderinglynn I hate moving, but I'm hoping it's the last one for a while. I'm planning a trip to Charleston SC in the fall, so that's something to look forward to 😊 7y
wanderinglynn @MirrorMask Ooh, I love Charleston! I‘m trying to figure out a way to move to that area- either Charleston or Savannah. 7y
MirrorMask @wanderinglynn I've been to Savannah and it's wonderful! I haven't looked at the cost of living in either place, but hopefully it works out for you!!! 😄 7y
