so-soLast night storms rolled thru Oklahoma. Just rain for us, but I had my essentials in basement just in case. If you're going to get blown away, drink the good stuff.
Finished this pure fluff of a cosy mystery. As a longtime yogi I've meet lots of teachers, nobody like Evil Teacher Lily. It's fiction so I let that slide. There was one thing I found really wrong. That was portrayal of gay couple. Kind of spoiler so I'll put in a comment.
Crinoline_Laphroaig Main character's ex husband is diagnosed w/ MS. He is insecure in his new relationship & doesn't want to be a burden. Also thinks partner won't want to stick around. A main character actually saids 'that's probably true. It's the gay lifestyle.' What the actually F***? 8y
Crinoline_Laphroaig ^ Seriously what is this 1950? Like gay couple can't so for better or worse just like straight people. Only saving grace is the guys boyfriend shows up and says I love you no matter what. So at least a happy ending. 8y
