Proved, with adorable illustrations, that wine is, in fact, rocket science, even more confusing/complicated than I thought. 🍷 🚀 Apparently I like red “structured” wines that are middle of the road in tannins. No idea what “vivid” or “fat” are despite the explanations. A pronunciation guide would have been helpful. I have some dim clue that if I wanted to start keeping wines to age, the ones I happen to like might be good ones, maybe?
