Rob Delaney is a father, a husband, a comedian, a writer. He is the author of an endless stream of beautiful, insane jokes on Twitter. He is sober. He is sometimes brave. He speaks French. He loves women with abundant pubic hair and saggy naturals. He has bungee jumped off of the Manhattan Bridge. He enjoys antagonizing political figures. He listens to metal while he works out. He likes to fart. He broke into an abandoned mental hospital with his mother. He played Sir Lancelot in Camelot. He has battled depression. He is funny as s***. He cleans up well. He is friends with Margaret Atwood. He is lucky to be alive.

Read these hilarious and heartbreaking true stories and learn how Rob came to be the man he is today.

This is as brilliant and funny as I hoped it would be. Rob Delaney is a superb writer, and hearing him relate his life story with brutal honesty (graphically and hilariously so when describing a range of bodily functions) is so enjoyable.

🎧 I laughed. He had some interesting & funny stories. Adult themes & language. He spent some time talking about alcoholism and depression and he‘s a Comedian. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was funny, sweary and touching. This guy battled alcoholism and depression but still kept on going to achieve a happy life and he has some funny and sad stories to tell about it, as well as sharing lots of his funny tweets. Am hoping he writes more

This book was laugh out loud funny, but also really touched on some deep topics, including severe depression and alcoholism. He could toggle between the funny anecdotes about peeing the bed and his lowest moments without making it seem contrived, or like he was making light of something serious. But it is a little disorganized. It's not so much a memoir as a collection of essays, but I loved it all the same.
