I liked this book and found it very helpful, although not as much as I thought I would. I didn't need to be convinced that children need to be treated with respect; at the same time we're not in a space where we're having weekly meetings and talking about our values - our kids are too small! I feel like she could have skipped certain parts and put more emphasis on others. Yet it did teach me useful things and should be a good introductory read.
