A Man Lies Dreaming | 
pickThis is a complex novel that will certainly require some deeper thinking on. An alternative history noir, Hitler's rose to power is thwarted, and he is living in 1930s London as a private eye, going by Wolf. The literary equivalent of a Tarantino movie, full of violence, sex, and racial slurs, this book is not for the faint of heart. The pulpy revisions scenes are interspersed with chapters of an author in a Concentration camp. It's a wild one.

pickLibro distopico ambientato nell'anno 1939 a Londra. Parla della vita ai margini di Herr Wolf, professione detective privato che altri non è che Adolf Hitler che dopo aver tentato invano di prendere il potere in Germania e non esserci riuscito, si ricicla come povero immigrato a Londra e cade vittima di un imbroglio internazionale ordito dai suoi ex camerati.
Scritto bene e scorrevole, lo consiglio.
pickThis is a disturbing alternative history/ detective story in the best way. Massive thumbs up for the eerily familiar world and a perfectly balanced plot. Couldn't put it down- slayed me. For fans of Walton's Small Change series with strong stomachs.
