@TricksyTails They have added an obscene amount of Batman Graphic Novels. 😍😍😍

TricksyTails 😍😍😍 If they have Court of Owls, grab it!! 7y
TricksyTails Gail Simone's Batgirl is also fun. I spy Blue Exorcist below too! 💙 7y
GrilledCheeseSamurai Ooooooh! Have you read Scott Snyder's Batman stuff yet? The first volume is Court of Owls. It's very good! Especially when you get to the Death of the Family story arc! 7y

Oh Alfred. - this panel made me laugh out loud again

However, I remembered why I don't read many Batman comics. They are often depressing as hell.

Great new start for BATMAN, one that keeps Scott Snyder's city-focused action but pushed it more into emotional territory where Snyder was focused on history. Gorgeous art helps sell a somewhat rushed story even better, but writer Tom King is the star here, and his voice dominates. Not his best work, but head and shoulders above most Batman arcs I've read.

I am not going to lie. At first this rebirth or “new” batman was hard to follow. But it picked up and started making sense by the end. We are introduced (or at least think we are introduced) to two new superheroes Gotham and Gotham Girl. They want to protect Gotham and help Batman. Batman also has another new cohort Mr. Thomas. Overall not bad. We shall see what comes.
