Back home today, so posting late for #favoritechildrensbook #riotgrams. I had such fond memories of this book that I spent way too much to replace it. It needs updating with more diversity, but it's a sweet story of a little girl whose sea captain dad brings her dolls from abroad; then she gets a surprise. A surprise was waiting for me from Calexico, CA #CupidGoesPostal #valentinesbookexchange I may have to wake up at 12:01 to open it! Thank you!
