Pickpick

Parts, written and illustrated by Tedd Arnold, is a hilarious nonfiction book about what went through his sons head when he got his first wiggly tooth. I would choose to storytell this book, as I will soon be doing in my LAE class. As I‘ve been practicing it to many people, no one has been left without a giggle. I highly recommend giving this a read, no matter the age.

Haleysantucci I highly recommend giving this a read, no matter the age. I would utilize UDL principles 7.2 and 7.3 because the children I would be reading this to would have much value and relevance for the situation the boy is in, in the story. I would also eliminate distraction by utilizing props in my storytelling. 6y
Haleysantucci The ESOL strategy I would use would be Number 11 and 14 because this book talks a lot about different body parts which I could slowly explain and repeat. 6y
Haleysantucci https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Idioms-from-More-Parts-by-Tedd-Arnol... This is a great resource that‘s only 1$!! It helps teach kids about idioms! #LAE3414sp19 6y
