pickI am absolutely obsessed with everything Elise Kova puts out I guess. Her writing is so perfect! I love all the characters and the mystery/treasure hunt/murder/pirate-ness of this book! I need to finish the Air Awakens and the Golden Guards trilogy now!
I got lots of time left after cleaning today so this short nugget size book looks JUST right...plus I'll read anything by Elise Kova and/or with a beautiful cover

This falls more into the line of fantasy mystery, but who doesn't like sorcerers AND murder mysteries?! I do wish there had been a bit of backstory for the kingdom though, but overall I really liked the way it was written and the characters. So much wit and sass. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having issues with the EStories app, so I'm focusing on another short review audio that o have.
I'm really enjoying it and I've listened to about 40% today alone.
