BookRiot has a wonderful blurb on an even wonderful human, who also happens to be a great author, Amal El-Mohtar. A Reader‘s Thanks to Amal El-Mohtar https://bookriot.com/2019/02/08/a-readers-thanks-to-amal-el-mohtar/
Not the tagged book, but a short story by the author that I half read on Strange Horizons. Maaaybe it is in this collection? Anyway, it was lovely half read by LeVar Burton on his podcast!

I'm all for honey, so may I heartily recommend Amal El-Mohtar's The Honey Month. After being gifted 30 samples of honey from a beekeeper friend, Amal (who I consider a friend) wrote 30 short stories inspired by the flavours. It is nothing short of an astounding work.
