This book was extremely informative and motivating. It teaches readers about the benefits of exercise on the brain and how exercise can be used as a treatment for many different diseases. Definitely something I think everyone should read!

I saw this yesterday and am excited to start! I had to think about my goals, and I would like to keep hitting 7 workouts a week, cut alcohol and go completely teeto, take my dog on more walks, only eat fast food once a week, cut back on caffeine (I drank too much this morning and have awful anxiety right now), and read a book a week. Here goes! #bookfitnesschallenge #BFC

Thought I'd join this challenge, sounds like a good way to get going while I'm on a long holiday and away from my normal gym.
I want to read 7 books and get sweaty through bodyweight training or running at least 4 times a week.
And a perfect way to start using this app again!
