Week 3 has been a tough one. We‘re having serious flooding issues in my area, so I‘ve been working a lot this week in response. My goals for #bookfitnesschallenge have had to be adjusted a bit.
Hikes- 2/1 every two weeks (3.6mi and 5.5mi)✔️
Yoga- 60/120 minutes 😕
Rollerblading- 30/90 minutes😕
Paper books- 2/3 books total
Audiobooks-1/2 books total
He next couple of weeks are not going to be crazy with work, but I think I can do it for week4.
