Well rounded, developed characters, even the secondary characters aren't paper thin walking stereotypes (I'm thinking Devin's mom here or even Rachel's mom). The plot is straight forwarded : boy meets girl, girl has a secret, boy challenges girl, girl accepts the challenge, secret gets in the way.

writerlibrarian It ends well but in between, the girl doesn't have a complete makeover (you know the kind) to get her happy ending. Boy, doesn't change either and gets his happy ending too.

The vintage 50's clothing Rachel loves kinda turned into a gimmick by the end of the book, the reason for the clothing choice should have been more clear and brought about earlier than it was but other than that. A really enjoyable romance romp. 6y

I just spent the last 30 minutes or so scanning books into #LibraryThing . I‘m so close to getting all of my books cataloged! Love when I can complete projects no matter how small.

ApoptyGina69 I‘ve been using it for years, strictly as a cataloging tool, but I like it. When I moved in 2012, I was able to sort any 2 star books and sell/donate. 7y

Chelleo @ErinSueG I‘m surprised at how nicely it works! Wish I can figure out how to stop it from importing duplicates though. I‘ll play around more. At least I can run a dupe report so it‘s not a big deal. 7y

minkyb @Chelleo When I scan a book it will say duplicate in yellow highlight so I don‘t enter it twice. 7y

Guys! It happened!!! I finally found some reasonably priced card catalog drawers!!! Do I stack them and use them as craft storage? Do I have Mr. Bookcase Builder turn them into a table and use them for wine storage? Do I paint them???! Now that I have them I can't decide how best to use them ... all I know is that I love them 🤔😍 🎨📚
