Enjoyable read as usual. I have a deep love for this Amelia Peabody series. Especially love the narrator for this series as well.

#12Books2021 A favorite book read in June 2021 & a shout out to the series as a whole. In this one, the Emersons are back in Egypt for a dig and naturally, where Amelia goes, trouble follows. The Master Criminal may be gone, but has someone else among his former underworld associates decided to fill the vacuum? I also highly recommend this series on audio, if that‘s your preferred medium. I prefer Barbara Rosenblatt but Susan O‘Malley is good too.
More fun amongst archaeologists and criminals in Egypt
My 14-year-old is feeling under the weather today, so we‘re foregoing our usual walk. I guess it‘s #24in48 audio on the exercise bike! 🐶😴🚴♂️
Starting off #24in48 with a little audio before bed. Great narrator. Her ‘Emerson‘ makes me laugh.
I've been wracking my brain all day for sidekicks in books I haven't already tagged. Then it hit me. Because Ramses didn't get into enough trouble on his own, Elizabeth Peters gave him Nefret Forth and David Todros. #bestsidekick #booktober
