I'll do a two-for-one post for #LyricalApril and #NationalPoetryMonth. Mary, Queen of Scots lost 3 husbands by the age of twenty-four, and was then arrested and remained a prisoner until her execution twenty years later. Her poetry touches on many of these upheavals in her life and is both poignant and lovely. #BittersweetSymphony
