I did not like the book nor hate this book. It was a quick read. I waited to long to read this book and felt the detached of most of the characters in the book, and the book as I felt it dragged on. 2.5 ⭐/5 ⭐

I've been slowly reading all of these books even though the last book I've read was over a year ago. I do love Alice in Wonderland, but these books put the characters in a modern setting. In these books Its up to Alice and Pillar to race against time and deaths to solve the mystery of each book. I am completely fascinated with the puzzle in this book. They have to find bones shaped like chess pieces. I feel as if this is the deadliest puzzle yet.
The sixth book in the series, this twist on Alice in Wonderland is zany and definitely entertaining. I, nevertheless, find myself hoping that the end is in sight. Rating: 3.5/5.
In addition to the out there storyline, I must say I absolutely adore the humor in this series. It's off the cuff, brash, and downright silly. All in good fun as we continue to make our way through the weaving mysteries that are the definition of trippy. Lewis Carroll created the magical world of Wonderland, but Cameron Jace has designed the 2.0 version that has far more blood, grit, and moments to blow your mind. 4.5 out of 5 stars
