Oh my gosh, this play is SO GOOD. A man is dead and the men begin to suspect his wife. I honestly don't want to give anything away about this play. You have to read this. It's like, 16 pages. Just do it. The play's ending, the insight into what it means to be a woman in society, just *chef's kiss* I cannot believe this isn't more widely known.

CSeydel I‘ve been meaning to read this! I read her short story, A Jury of Her Peers, and it was absolutely brilliant - gives me chills still just thinking about it. 2y
AshleyHoss820 @CSeydel This definitely won‘t disappoint! It‘s so insightful! I haven‘t read her short story, yet! I‘ll have to get to it! 2y
batsy I'm gonna have to add this to the list and revisit A Jury of Her Peers, which I really enjoyed—but it was some time ago. 2y
AshleyHoss820 @batsy Yes, do! It‘s so lovely. And it‘s so subtle and well-done! I‘m adding A Jury of Her Peers to my list! 2y

Single-serving portions of black forest trifle (mostly made of chocolate cupcakes and whipped cream) worked out really well for a holiday event! I must try this again sometime. #notabook #imadethis

Too hot & humid to spend time #readingoutside today, so this is a flashback to last summer when I was reading Susan Glaspell's plays for a grad class. #somethingforsept #septemberphotochallenge @RealLifeReading
