Time: Pick a book during the turbulent 17th century, before, during or after the English Civil War. 1630 - 1690
Location: Britain and her seas
Notes: The war was a series of conflicts between the Royalists and Parliamentarians resulting in Oliver Cromwell as Lord Protector and the execution of Charles I. The restoration of the monarchy in 1660 with Charles II and the great fire of London in 1666. Also the founding of the English army. Have fun.
