I originally didn't know if I was enjoying the book or just reading on because it was the only way to find out what happens in the end... but once I got well into it, I couldn't put it down! It's hard to figure out who to take sides with at different points throughout, but morally there seems to be a solid answer. It's the emotional aspect that gets tricky!

I'm enjoying the idea of actually taking time this year to open my eyes to the natural world around me thanks to this book, which gives a brief look at a handful of living things that survive in cities. Now let's see if I can take the idea and make it reality!
