what are your thoughts on current YA novels? Recently I feel like they are becoming more repetitive, and rely on tropes that have already been heavily used. The end result of which is that most new novels lack so much originality. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate them. But I don't enjoy them either, and when I finish these books, I just feel let down by all the hype. It might be just me and the fact that I'm outgrowing them. #yareads #yalit
