I thought the plot of the book had a slow progression. The character of the book im not really a fan of but am glad to see a development towards the end.

I really did enjoy the book as a whole. However, i did get lost in the plot easily as each of the perspective where switched between the 2 characters. I like the romantic relationship between the thad and charley because it adds depth to the characters. I was a little confused towards the end, as i thought that it should have ended a bit differently. It was a happily ever after, i suppose, but left me with many questions.
