Beautiful and heartbreaking and infuriating

Not for the faint of heart, this book pricked at religious and family trauma from my past and carried me along with the author through her life, leaving me speechless multiple times.

This book is just a lot of fun! Showing the drama and heartache of an on-again-off-again high school lesbian relationship. The growth of the main character is heart-wrenching and beautiful to see

What most sets you apart is the spirit in you that rebels and persists. It isn't the largeness in you that matters most, it's your passion to bring it forth.

This is a beautifully crafted graphic memoir that tells the story of a family coming to the US during the Vietnam War. It also tells the story of parents who are doing the best they can, and how their daughter learns how to understand and emphasize when them as an adult.

This book beautifully told the stories of three generations fighting to live and love and thrive in a world where the odds are stacked against them at every turn. I was quickly swept up in their stories and I cried over each of them more than once! I would absolutely suggest picking this one up.

Just a super fun time. An exciting continuation of the series

This was my second time reading this and I definitely got more out of it this time! It's a quick and easy read. A classic allegory of the Russian Revolution and still relevant to today.

A classic supernatural/fantasy type story with the consistent tag line that "all the stories are true" which made for an interesting reading experience. There were 2 major twists in the story that had my jaw on the floor. I finished this one and IMMEDIATELY started on the next in the series

This book was so fun to read! It's a good just for fun book that I was surprised I enjoyed so much! Definitely pretty steamy at points, but even the moments in between the steamy stuff was reminding me how much I love reading.

A fun read that kept me interested in the story but I'd have to say the quality of writing isn't super great. There are a few minor plot holes and some inconsistencies in details.

I loved this YA novel tackling the conversation about police brutality. Reading this helped move the real stories of prejudice and abuse from something separate in my mind to tangible truth.
